This Wild Winnipeg Joker Cosplay Photoshoot is "dynamite" - in more ways than one. Stick around to see one of my most Exciting and Realistic Cosplay photo sessions ever. It covers THE JOKER creating havoc on the city streets in the Exchange District.
I found a wonderful model in "Brittney" - who was going to play THE JOKER for this session.
I designed an outfit for her, after purchasing a number of items from the Spirit Of Halloween Store.
Professional Makeup was styled by Shaelyn Artistry.
For the Outdoor portion of this Wild Winnipeg Joker Cosplay Photoshoot, I chose the Exchange District.
It had that perfect Urban Street Vibe I was looking for. Found a few choice back lanes that were perfect.
Started off with some fun pics in our first location with the metal stairway.
I wanted to add some "JOKER MAYHEM" in to this session - and I had just the ideas to showcase that theme.
The next several images involve THE JOKER gone wild at a faux police station.
My favourite image is the cinematic shot of her driving by the precinct.
Our Third location for this Wild Winnipeg Joker Cosplay Photoshoot, was in another broken down alley in The Exchange.
Here we had THE JOKER displaying her love for creating mayhem.
Note: All props were fake, and no damage was done to any property.
So I was still missing something from this Joker Shoot.
It was the confrontation with his Arch Nemesis - THE BATMAN!
Unfortunately I did not have a human actor to play The Batman part - so I went with the next best thing.
I used a mannequin dressed in a Batman costume to play the Super hero.
This definitely limited the shots I could do - but I was happy with what we came up with.
The final image was another favourite!
The Joker's reign of terror was coming to an end, as The Cops were arriving.
I had to wrap up the outdoor portion of the Wild Winnipeg Joker Cosplay Photoshoot.
My model Brittney gave me the perfect forlorn expression for the shot of her in handcuffs. Love it!
We popped into my studio (which happens to be in the Exchange District) - for a few posed studio images.
I also had an idea to create a couple of Composites - and staged the posing for those as well.
As a Master Photographer with the Professional Photographers Of Canada (PPOC) - I am an expert in both Environmental and Studio Lighting.
This gives me the opportunity to create some amazing images in a variety of settings.
Interesting Note:
That multi-stick of Dynamite - I created myself from scratch using a variety of craft items I purchased at a Dollar Store.
The next couple of images are the Composites I created in a "real world" setting.
I was going for the New York Subway look.
These next 2 images were shot in my studio and then crafted in Photoshop.
